Our operations are currently focused on deliveries within Pakistan.

3. Product Information

However, product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen resolution, brightness, display settings, photography, or manufacturing variations.

Such minor differences do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Novexa reserves the right to review orders before dispatch.

c) Order Cancellation by Novexa

Novexa currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Payment must be made in full in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the delivery rider at the time of delivery.

  • No advance payment is required for eligible COD orders.
  • Customers should ensure that the required amount is available at the time of delivery.
  • Novexa reserves the right to restrict or decline COD orders based on delivery history, address verification, geographic limitations, or other reasonable considerations.
